Design Tip!
The scale is everything! This is a small condo perfect for a single who likes cozy conversations with friends over coffee or wine. We replaced bulky furnishings with some smaller-scale pieces that makes space fresh and more usable. Normally we would have included a smallish area rug but this client did not want to hide her gorgeous new flooring.
